All orders are shipped by courier and require a signature upon delivery.

Upon arrival of the courier, the customer must check that

• the number of boxes is the same as shown in the transport document;
• the description on the packages is what is indicated in the transport document;
• that the packaging is intact, unaltered and perfectly sealed.

If the customer should find any damage to the packaging or the product, as well as missing packages or discrepancies in the descriptions on them, he must immediately notify the courier by means of ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVE to be made with the appropriate wording: “Acceptance subject to control for non-integral or damaged packaging or missing package” affixed to the delivery document.

By signing this document, the customer can not make claims about the exterior characteristics of what was received.

Therefore, Rocco Petrunti shall not be liable for the MISSING OF PACKAGING, the arrival of UNINTEGRATED OR DAMAGED PACKAGING, accepted without the wording “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE OF CHECK FOR UNINTEGRATED OR DAMAGED PACKAGING OR MISSING PACKAGING”.

If the packaging is outwardly intact, but the goods are nevertheless damaged, Rocco Petrunti undertakes to replace them. The costs of collection and second delivery shall be borne in full by the Customer.

Any damage to products must be documented by sending digital photos to our e-mail address: info@roccopetrunti.it

Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday.

It is compulsory to include your own telephone number (mobile or landline) when ordering in order to be contacted by the courier shortly before delivery of the goods.

Once the items have been shipped, it is not possible to change the destination address.

Orders usually will be shipped the next day.

Orders received on SATURDAY and SUNDAY will be processed on MONDAY.

Whichever choice of shipment you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

 

SHIPPING IN ITALY

FREE shipping in all Italy for orders over €99.

Orders in Italy are shipped by SDA courier.

Shipping costs in ITALY with SDA € 9.90

CALABRIA, SICILY AND SARDINIA with SDA € 10.90

For shipments in the FREE ZONES and SMALL ISLANDS ask for the quotation.

The shipping COD (cash on delivery to be paid to the courier) where eventually

agreed by both parties, to expect an increase of € 7.50.

 

SHIPPING OVERSEAS

The orders abroad are usually shipped by SDA Export BOX or UPS courier.

The shipping cost is calculated during the process of purchase according to the specified destination and weight.

For shipments abroad, where the shipping price is not indicated, please ask for a quotation.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group together two distinct orders place separately, and it will be applied to each the shipping charges.
