All orders are shipped by courier and require a signature upon delivery.

At the time of delivery the customer has to check that:

• the number of boxes is the same as shown in the transport document;
• the description on the packages is what is indicated in the transport document;
• the package is intact, unaltered and perfectly sealed.

If the customer should find damage to the package or the product, as well as the lack of package or differences in the descriptions on the package must dispute it immediately to the carrier by ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVE be made with the appropriate words: " I accept subject to control for package not intact or damaged or missing package "affixed to the delivery document.

By signing this document, the customer can not make claims about the exterior characteristics of what was received.

Therefore Rocco Petrunti will not be responsible for the LACK OF PACKAGE, the arrival of PACKAGES NOT INTACT or DAMAGED, accepted without "ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR PACKAGE NOT INTACT OR DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGE".

In the case the package is presented outwardly intact, but if the goods resulted damaged however, Rocco Petrunti undertake to its replacement. The costs to collect and second delivery are the burden of the customer.

Any damage to the products must be documented by sending digital photos to our email address: info@roccopetrunti.it

Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday.

It is obligatory to insert your telephone number (mobile or fixed) when ordering to be eventually contacted by the courier shortly before the delivery of the goods.

Once the items have been shipped you can not change the destination address.

Orders usually will be shipped the next day.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on MONDAY.

FREE shipping in all Italy for orders over €99.

Orders in Italy are shipped by SDA courier.

Shipping costs in ITALY with SDA € 9.90

CALABRIA, SICILY AND SARDINIA with SDA € 10.90

For shipments in the FREE ZONES and SMALL ISLANDS ask for the quotation.

The shipping COD (cash on delivery to be paid to the courier) where eventually

agreed by both parties, to expect an increase of € 7.50.

 

SHIPPING OVERSEAS

The orders abroad are usually shipped by SDA Export BOX or UPS courier.

The shipping cost is calculated during the process of purchase according to the specified destination and weight.

To the country if not indicated shipping price, ask for quotation.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group together two distinct orders place separately, and it will be applied to each the shipping charges.
