Products purchased from the website Rocco Petrunti are subject to discipline, as applicable, which is in art. 128 of the Law on Electronic Commerce (Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70). This guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or malfunctions not evident at the time of purchase, provided the product is used properly and with due diligence and in accordance with its intended use. The replacement product will be shipped free of charge by courier upon receipt of the defective product. In the event that the product is no longer available, Rocco Petrunti will reimburse for the cost indicated in the purchase order and the initial shipping charges, within 15 working days of receipt of the return. Refund will be made in the same manner in which it was placed the order.
