Products purchased from the Rocco Petrunti website are subject to the regulations, insofar as applicable, set out in art. 128 of the law on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003). This warranty shall apply to products that present conformity defects and/or malfunctions that could not be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its intended use. In the event of the presence of defects, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service department by phone at +39 0874 890660 or by e-mail at info@roccopetrunti.it to request the repair/replacement of the product.

The replacement product will be shipped free of charge by express courier only after receipt of the defective product. In the event that the Product is no longer available, Rocco Petrunti will proceed to refund the cost indicated in the purchase order and the first shipping costs, within 15 working days after receipt of the return. The refund will be made in the same manner in which the order was placed.
