All contracts for the sale of products by Rocco Petrunti to third parties (customers) are regulated by the presented Terms of Sale.

The products purchased on Rocco Petrunti are sold directly by Rocco Petrunti (hereinafter referred to as the OWNER) based in Italy, Via Colozza 13, 86095 Frosolone (IS).

1. PURCHASING PROCEDURE

Rocco Petrunti has the right to accept or not, at its own discretion, the order sent by the Client. It may not process orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, or which are incomplete or unavailable, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason whatsoever, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order. In these cases, we shall inform you within 24/48 hours by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the Owner has not carried out your purchase order, specifying the reasons for this.

Prices, promotions, and all the initiatives listed on the website of Rocco Petrunti are only valid online.
Customers who wish to take advantage of these initiatives by collecting the goods at the shop can place their order online and choose to collect them at the shop.

4. COLLECTION FROM THE SHOP 

Collection from the shop can take place immediately after order confirmation.

5. COLORS / PRODUCTS IMAGES 

The images and colors of the products for sale on Rocco Petrunti may not exactly correspond to the real due to the effect of the Internet browser or monitor used.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / SHIPPING COSTS 

The availability of the products on our website Rocco Petrunti is updated in real time; it is not excluded, however, that in the case where numerous orders were to occur simultaneously, the actual availability of the individual products may vary significantly compared to the availabilities listed on the site. 

In this case Rocco Petrunti does not guarantee the certainty of fulfillment of the delivery of products purchased and shown as available on the website and therefore it will not be in any way be held responsible.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND SOLUTION CONTROVERSY 

The General Conditions of Sale are regulated by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No 6 September 2005. 206 on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree No 9 April 2003. 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce. In the event of dispute between the owner and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the jurisdiction is to Isernia. 

8. MODIFICATION AND UPDATING 

The General Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication of Rocco Petrunti.
