Payment:
1. What payment methods are available?
The following payment methods are available:

Payments are always secure and reliable.
Shipping & Returns:
1. What are the shipping times?
Orders are usually dispatched the following day.
Orders received on SATURDAY and SUNDAY are dispatched on MONDAY.
All orders are shipped by courier and require a signature upon delivery.
2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs in ITALY are € 9.90, CALABRIA, SICILY AND SARDINIA € 10.90.
For shipments in the FREE ZONES and SMALL ISLANDS ask for the quotation.
C.O.D. delivery (payment in cash to the courier upon delivery) where agreed upon will incur a surcharge of € 7.50.
SHIPPING OVERSEAS
The shipping cost is calculated during the process of purchase according to the specified destination and weight.
For shipments abroad, where the shipping price is not indicated, please ask for a quotation.
3. How should I proceed if I want to return the item?
You can request the return of a product purchased only in the following cases (in accordance with Decree 206/2005):
- the request must be made within 7 to 14 days from the date of the order, depending on the country. In Italy within 14 days.

- Send a communication to the e-mail address info@roccopetrunti.it or directly from our contacts by indicating the wish to withdraw.
- Such notification must include the reference number order.
- Carefully prepare the package and send it as soon as possible and within 7 working days of exercising the right of withdrawal, to the following address: Rocco Petrunti - Via Colozza 13 - 86095 Frosolone (IS).
Guarantee:
1. What kind of guarantee do I have on the purchase of the item?
The purchase guarantee is governed by Article 128 of the E-Commerce Act (Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003).
In the event of conformity defects and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service department by phone at +39 0874 890660 or by e-mail at info@roccopetrunti.it to request repair/replacement of the product.
2. Are there any shipping costs for the replacement product?
No, the replacement product will be shipped free of charge by express courier and only after receipt of the defective product.
