Forged knife with integral tang. Total length 31 cm, 18 cm blade made of W-1.4116 stainless steel, Pom handle, aluminium rivets. Complete with fabric sheath and guarantee certificate with technical specifications. The cavities along the edge (alveoli) prevent food from sticking to the blade during use and the blade glides better.
Pom is a synthetic resin with high hardness and resistance to abrasion and oils, acids and solvents. Physiologically inert, it is used in contact with foodstuffs. Without any problems, it can be used in water at 80° C.
