Forged full tang knife. Total length 40 cm, narrow blade 26 cm in W-1.4116 stainless steel, olivewood handle, rivets in alluminium. Complete with sheath of cloth and certificate of guarantee with the technical characteristics.
Pom is a synthetic resin with high hardness and resistance to abrasion and oils, acids and solvents. Physiologically inert, it is used in contact with foodstuffs. Without any problems, it can be used in water at 80° C.
